RI Awards (1 of 1).jpg

The Recruitment International Awards recognize innovation and best practices in the Japanese recruitment industry, with an array of entrepreneurs, business leaders and pioneers from our industry as judges. From The Executive Search Company of the Year to The Diversity & Inclusion Champion, there are a variety of awards a company could be nominated for.

This year, was Apex's 3rd time attending the award ceremony. In 2014, we took home the title of Growth Company of the Year, and in 2015 The Healthcare & Life Sciences Recruitment Company of the Year. After a short break, the Recruitment International Awards came back to Japan and we are thrilled to have received the 2018 award for Best Medium Recruitment Company to Work For.

We strongly believe that great personnel are priceless and our people are at the heart of our business. As one of our 6 core values, we believe that people are our most important asset, and we need to find, attract and develop the best people in market. As such, we pride ourselves on creating a great work environment for our staff so they are able to provide the best support for our clients and candidates. From our comprehensive training and on-boarding program, to our diverse and multinational team, friendly and supportive culture, established rewards and recognition program, to our many company events, we do everything we can to make our office a great place to work.

Here is what our new hires have to say about their first impressions at Apex:

“I was impressed by the passion that everyone had for the company. There is a really strong sense of teamwork not just within the different teams, but throughout the company. Everyone is willing to support and encourage others, and this results in high morale and overall success.”

“As I have thought, all the staff at Apex are amazing and Apex has really great teaching system.”

We are honored to have received this award, and are looking forward to the Recruitment International awards next year!
